Video editing, longform and short
We'll do a tone and style breakdown initially, dos and don'ts, what can be improved and I can take it from there. Easy! I like to edit in a tasteful and considerate manner, always thinking about the viewers and avoiding over-the-top zoomer brainrot style edits.

We'll figure out what kind of graphics fit the style best and build on that to a full kit of custom animations, pop-ups and whatever's needed to polish up the content. I can also take care of:

Who doesn't love a good system? I mainly use Notion for most of this but I have nothing against using and/or improving on something already built in some other way.

Creative strategy
It's not uncommon to just... run out of ideas at some point. You're not alone. Help is here if you need it. From conducting research to aggregating competitor ideas and finding pain points in the community, there are major opportunities for mining ideas everywhere.

Community management
Keeping your community happy and engaged is crucial but also not something you feel like always doing. Together with my wife, who has a long history in customer service, we can take care of replying to comments in a timely manner. All in good taste and neutral, of course. Everyone loves a responsive creator.

Newsletter and writing tasks
Starting a newsletter is a big brain move, especially nowadays when the internet is half AI slop and 30% brainrot. 100% made those numbers up but they're close enough. I can repurpose much of your content (or other people's) into interesting, engaging newsletters to delight your audience. Makes for a killer sales channel too when used well.

What happens if we just don't vibe?
Not a problem, sometimes people just aren't compatible. We say our goodbyes in an amicable way and that's that. No drama, no bullshit.
Do you outsource any of your work?
No, never. I'm always personally hands-on with everything, unlike other editors who sub-contract to developing countries. I'd make way more money if I did but I just can't live with it. Worst case scenario, I ask my wife to help out.
How many revisions can I get?
I don't work on a per-revision, per-project basis. With a fixed retainer, we'll bang out something everyone's happy with.
What can I expect working with you?
A very active, honest and involved partner invested in your success. I don't work for scammers, snake oil salesmen and creators who treat their audience like a cow to be milked for every penny. Whatever money there is to be made, we'll make it by providing something of value that's genuinely helpful.
What do you expect working with me?
My only expectation is to be paid correctly and on time and be treated with the same respect I show you.
How much money are we talking about?
It varies according to individual needs and volume but usually anywhere between $2,900 and $5,900 a month. I'm open about money so we can discuss it, one human to another.
What if you can't edit in my unique style?
If you believe the only draw to your content is the editing, then you should keep doing it. In my experience, barely anyone ever noticed. We're all 5 seconds away from getting scrolled past.

Born and raised in Bucharest, Romania, where I currently live with my wife. Lived in a bunch of countries throughout my life.
Obsessive about cooking and the science behind it. Peace and quiet are my supreme goals. I don't drink, don't do drugs nor do I go out much.
I occupy my time with crafts, reading non-fiction, 3D printing, history, investing and learning new things.
